Job Title: PeopleSoft Integration Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will focus on the design, development, and operation of robust enterprise integrations. Your day to day will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Expect to focus on these key areas:

Design, build, and maintain sophisticated enterprise integrations that connect PeopleSoft applications with internal systems, various cloud platforms, and essential third party services.
Deep dive into the integration layer, expertly configuring service operations, managing queues, and establishing efficient routings.
Develop and implement data transformations to ensure compatibility and accuracy between disparate systems.
Configure and uphold stringent security measures for all integration points, protecting sensitive data.
Establish comprehensive error handling mechanisms, proactively identifying and resolving integration issues.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide expert guidance and support for existing integrations, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in PeopleSoft integration. Your qualifications should include:

A minimum of 6+ years of hands on experience specifically with PeopleSoft Integration Broker development.
Proven expertise in designing, building, and operating complex enterprise integrations.
Extensive experience with core Integration Broker components, including service operations, queues, routings, and transformations.
Solid understanding and practical experience with integration security configurations and effective error handling strategies.
Demonstrated ability to connect PeopleSoft to a diverse range of systems, encompassing internal applications, cloud based solutions, and third party platforms.
Possess excellent problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
