Imagine joining an ambitious open source company right after a major fundraising milestone and getting the rare chance to build their entire People function from scratch. That is exactly what is happening at Kestra Technologies. We recently secured a twenty five million dollar Series A funding round led by RTP Global, and we are gearing up to double our team size from fifty to one hundred people over the next year and a half. As our very first dedicated People hire, you will step into a pivotal role where your decisions directly shape our culture, hiring engine, and internal operations. This position is fully remote and you can work from anywhere in France or Germany.

Key Responsibilities

You will take total ownership of our end to end recruitment cycles while partnering closely with our co-founders Emmanuel and Ludovic alongside our hiring managers. Finding exceptional talent in a competitive European tech landscape will be your main playground. Beyond hiring, you will strengthen the foundational processes that keep our distributed team connected, engaged, and performing at their absolute best. You get to design onboarding experiences, refine compensation strategies, and nurture a remote work environment that values autonomy and collaboration.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has walked this path before and thrives in a hands on environment. You should bring solid experience managing full cycle recruitment and People operations within high growth tech companies. Since our working language is English, you need stellar communication skills to connect with colleagues across different time zones. A deep appreciation for open source culture and distributed teams will make you feel right at home here.
