This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity designed for a problem solver who geeks out over automation, systems coordination, and frictionless employee experiences.

In this role, you will sit right at the intersection of people operations and systems architecture. Rather than handling basic paperwork, you will bring structure and scalability to our rapidly growing team. You will partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk teams to ensure every internal process runs with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work will involve a healthy mix of systems management, workflow mapping, and cross functional coordination, including the following focus areas

Map, streamline, and scale people workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks across the company
Administer and optimize our operational tech stack, including HRIS, ATS, learning tools, and engagement platforms
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and IT to keep shared procedures humming smoothly
Spot manual tasks and replace them with smart automations to boost overall team efficiency
Maintain high data integrity across all internal databases and directories
Coordinate operational handoffs so every team member enjoys a smooth transition through their employee journey

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong mix of systems thinking and hands on operational drive

Fluency in the Ukrainian language is an absolute must
Over 3 years of experience in people operations, business operations, or a similarly process heavy environment
A natural tendency to think in dependencies, scalability, and systematic workflows
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple software platforms, HRIS setups, and digital tools
Top notch attention to detail and a knack for troubleshooting process breakdowns quickly
Great communication skills and the self direction needed to thrive in a global, distributed setup
