We are looking for a People Operations Partner who knows Workday inside and out to join our remote team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates worldwide.

Overview

As our People Operations Partner focusing on Workday HCM, you will be the backbone of our internal HR technology ecosystem. You will dive deep into troubleshooting, configuring, and reporting across core modules. Your goal is to make sure our systems empower our people rather than slow them down. You will collaborate with teams distributed globally, ensuring our technology scales right alongside our growing network of healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of core Workday HCM modules.
Design, test, and implement business process configurations that align with our fast paced operational needs.
Build custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable data insights to stakeholders.
Administer security profiles and maintain strict data integrity across the platform.
Support global payroll, absence, and benefits administration within Workday.
Partner with cross functional teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and deploy smart technical solutions.

Requirements

Three to five years of hands on Workday experience.
Deep expertise in configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting across core HCM.
Proven working knowledge of Absence, Benefits, Security, Payroll, and BP Configuration modules.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical team members.
Comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote environment with global teammates.
