Performance Enablement: Facilitating constructive feedback loops and performance discussions, supporting managers in coaching and developing their teams effectively.
Onboarding & Integration: Crafting seamless onboarding experiences that warmly welcome new hires into our unique culture and global team structure.
Communication & Connection: Enhancing internal communication channels, ensuring transparent information flow and fostering a strong sense of community despite geographical distances.

Requirements
