As our new Penetration Tester Team Lead, you will play a truly pivotal role in our global expansion strategy. Your mission involves building and leading a brand new penetration testing team, specifically focused on the European market. This unique position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities, effectively bridging the gap between automated AI efficiency and high level human ingenuity. Key Responsibilities

Help recruit, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a new, high performance penetration testing team across Europe.
Provide comprehensive technical leadership and strategic direction for all penetration testing engagements.
Oversee the execution of advanced penetration tests, covering diverse attack surfaces including web, mobile, API, network, cloud, and AI systems.
Collaborate closely with our AI development teams to integrate human insight into our automated testing platforms.
Develop and implement robust methodologies and best practices for continuous penetration testing.
Ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all team deliverables.
Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of our global penetration testing operations.
Act as a subject matter expert, staying ahead of emerging threats and evolving attack techniques.
Engage with Fortune 500 clients, articulating complex technical findings and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior or lead penetration testing role, demonstrating strong technical proficiency across multiple domains.
Extensive hands on experience with various penetration testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
A solid understanding of common vulnerabilities and attack vectors across web applications, APIs, mobile platforms, networks, and cloud environments.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of security professionals.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to both technical and non technical audiences.
A strong desire to innovate and contribute to the development of cutting edge security solutions.
Experience working in a remote team environment is a plus.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, eCPTX, GWAPT, GPEN, GXPN) are highly desirable.
