As a Part-Time Onboarding Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for new and returning patients. Your vital work involves managing incoming calls and efficiently scheduling appointments with our expansive network of skilled physical therapists. Key Responsibilities

Your daily contributions will be essential to our patients' experience and journey. In this pivotal role, you will:

Professionally answer incoming patient calls, providing a warm and reassuring first impression.
Efficiently schedule new and follow-up physical therapy appointments, matching patients with the right therapist and time.
Accurately gather and enter patient demographic and insurance information into our system.
Clearly explain Luna's services and processes to patients, ensuring they understand what to expect.
Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to first appointment.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
