We are looking for a compassionate Patient Navigator to join our growing remote team on a flexible, part-time contract basis.

Overview

This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will act as the friendly face and guiding hand for our members. You will help patients navigate their health journeys, answer questions, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. If you love connecting with people and want to make a tangible impact in digital health, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Guide new and existing patients through our telehealth platform and weight care programs.
Answer daily member inquiries via chat, email, and other communication channels with empathy and clarity.
Collaborate closely with coaches and medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Help troubleshoot minor app or platform issues for users.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and support trends.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
Comfortable using modern web tools and remote collaboration software.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote duties.
Prior experience in customer support, healthcare navigation, or related fields is a plus.
