We need someone who loves rolling up their sleeves to build the actual engine driving these relationships. Working hand in hand with our Partnerships Lead, you will take charge of the operational and conceptual frameworks that turn casual collaborations into thriving, revenue-generating ecosystems. This position is fully remote with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Germany, meaning you get the freedom of remote work while shaping the future of enterprise software partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-level strategy meetings and develop robust collaboration frameworks for key partners.
Design scalable go-to-market models, clear compensation structures, and internal routing processes.
Implement rigorous activity tracking to measure partner success and ecosystem growth.
Free up leadership to focus on senior relationship development by owning the foundational operations of the partnerships department.
Help partners transition from co-selling to independent implementation and recurring revenue generation.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in partnership management, business operations, or strategic go-to-market roles within the tech industry.
Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to turn abstract business goals into structured, repeatable processes.
Exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive attitude toward solving operational bottlenecks.
Fluency in English and professional proficiency in German are strongly preferred to support our local and international partner base.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership from day one.
