Key Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with companies and nonprofit organizations around the globe.
Collaborate with internal teams to secure internships, mentorships, and employment opportunities for YouthBuild students and alumni.
Design initiatives that help our partners deliver essential technical training and resources to local programs.
Manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual value, tracking engagement metrics and sharing success stories.
Represent YouthBuild Global at virtual industry events and networking forums to expand our global footprint.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in partnership management, business development, or related relationship driven roles.
A deep passion for youth development, education, and social impact on an international scale.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple initiatives without dropping any balls.
Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
