Partner Success Manager (EMEA)

Are you passionate about building strong, impactful relationships and empowering partners to unlock new opportunities in the rapidly evolving world of industrial AI? Imagine a role where you directly contribute to shaping the future of manufacturing by ensuring our innovative partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa thrive. At Litmus, we're building the essential data foundation that makes industrial AI not just a concept, but a powerful reality. We need a dedicated individual to champion our partners, guiding them to success and expanding our global reach together. This is a chance to join a pioneering team, fully remote and impacting industries worldwide.

Overview

Litmus is at the forefront of industrial digital transformation, providing the critical data foundation for AI and machine learning in operational environments. AI cannot function effectively without real-world, contextualized data, and that is precisely what Litmus delivers. As industrial AI adoption accelerates, many manufacturers struggle to access or utilize their vast operational data. Our platform bridges this gap, enabling real-time data access, structuring, and utilization from machines, systems, and sensors at the edge. We empower some of the world's largest companies to streamline operations, minimize downtime, and optimize production. Backed by leading investors and trusted by global manufacturing giants and partners like Google, Microsoft, Dell, Oracle, and Mitsubishi, Litmus is actively driving the shift toward software-defined manufacturing. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere globally while focusing specifically on our valued partners across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Litmus channel partners throughout EMEA, ensuring their profound understanding and successful deployment of our platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate within Litmus.
  • Facilitate comprehensive partner enablement, including sales training, technical product knowledge, and go-to-market strategies, empowering them to independently sell and support Litmus solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to identify joint business opportunities, develop pipeline, and drive revenue growth in the EMEA market.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide regular business reviews, and identify areas for optimization and expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with Litmus sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives and ensure seamless support.
  • Help partners integrate Litmus into their existing offerings, developing complementary solutions that add significant value to end customers.
  • Collect and relay partner feedback internally to help inform product development and market strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Partner Success, Channel Management, or Strategic Account Management role, ideally within the industrial technology, IoT, AI, or enterprise software sectors.
  • A solid understanding of the EMEA market landscape, including key players, customer needs, and regional business practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partner strategies that result in tangible revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A keen aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts related to edge computing, industrial data, and AI, translating them into business value for partners.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at working autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel periodically within the EMEA region as required for partner engagements and events.

What You'll Gain

  • Play a pivotal role in building the foundational infrastructure that makes industrial AI truly possible.
  • Contribute significantly to a growth-stage company that is innovating at the intersection of edge computing, AI, and industrial operations.
  • Work collaboratively with world-leading industrial manufacturers and strategic partners.
  • Thrive in a supportive, innovative, and fully remote work culture that values your contribution.
  • Access to excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a cutting-edge field.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package and benefits.
