Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of each Federal Partner's grants management business, including their operational objectives. This involves mapping out roles, responsibilities, specific grants business functions, intricate workflows, essential reports, and any unique needs they may have.
Proactively identify specific business process improvements that could benefit our Federal Partners, alongside potential enhancements to GrantSolutions systems and service offerings.
Collaborate closely with the team to craft and disseminate pertinent communications to Federal Partners. These communications will cover vital aspects such as their business processes, system updates, and other significant news within grants management.
Work alongside the team lead to effectively implement Partner-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with their objectives and successful adoption of solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in business systems analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of grants management processes, policies, and regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively engaging with partners and internal teams.
A demonstrated ability to understand and document detailed business functions, workflows, and operational objectives.
The ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is required for this role.
Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 10%, as needed, to meet partner needs or for team collaboration.
