Overview

In this role, you will be the driving force behind ongoing account needs. You will guide partners through digital program planning, seamless implementation, and continuous growth. You will ensure that every account receives top-tier support across onboarding, launch, training, troubleshooting, and skill building. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will align standard operating procedures with industry best practices and national standards to maximize overall account satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day digital program planning and implementation for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Lead onboarding, launch, and training sessions for program-level leaders and daily operations staff.
Provide proactive, consultative support and troubleshoot issues swiftly to ensure high adoption rates.
Collaborate closely internally with sales, enablement, and academic teams to deliver unified solutions.
Foster long-term trusted advisor relationships by applying educational strategist methodologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital learning solutions, account management, or educational consulting.
