The Partner Operations Manager owns the entire journey from a signed deal to a partner becoming fully operational. This role primarily focuses on fulfillment, ensuring installations are prepared, on schedule, and correctly set up, then smoothly transitioning the partner. This position is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute to our global mission from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Partner Journey Ownership: Manage the complete operational lifecycle for new partners, from initial agreement through successful installation and activation.
Flawless Installation Coordination: Oversee all aspects of installation readiness, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to guarantee timely and correct setups.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential roadblocks or issues during the deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, product development, and customer success teams to align on partner needs and operational workflows.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner installations, operational metrics, and process improvements.
Partner Onboarding Support: Ensure partners are thoroughly set up and ready to utilize the Ammortal Chamber, providing a strong foundation for their ongoing success.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a similar role, ideally within a technology or wellness company.
