The Partner Operations sub-team serves as the engine driving Thumbtack forward. Sitting within the Commercial Strategy group, we take ideas from concept to launch by leading high-impact initiatives and building the scalable infrastructure that makes partnerships successful. You will manage daily operations while also tackling strategic projects that shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable systems, processes, and operational workflows for our growing partner network.
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to test and implement new strategic initiatives.
Manage day-to-day partner operations to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and recommend improvements.
Take high-priority strategic bets from zero to one with minimal oversight.
