We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Partner Implementation Specialist to spearhead the onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform. This pivotal role involves robust project management, seamless coordination across both internal and clinic teams, alongside hands-on support with software setup, workflow digitization, data migration, and comprehensive training. You will be the primary point of contact for our clinic partners, ensuring a smooth, structured, and successful implementation process. While this is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, please note that this role will involve occasional travel, up to 50%, for client engagements primarily within the U.S. and potentially internationally as our global footprint expands. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination: Act as the main liaison between Adoreal and our clinic partners, expertly managing the entire implementation lifecycle from initial setup to go-live.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
Technical Implementation: Provide hands-on assistance with platform configuration, data migration, system integrations, and workflow customization to meet each clinic's unique operational needs.
Training & Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clinic staff, empowering them to fully leverage the Adoreal platform. Offer ongoing support and best practices guidance for optimal adoption.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or roadblocks, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our partners and maintaining project momentum.
Feedback Loop: Gather valuable clinic feedback to contribute directly to product enhancements and the continuous improvement of our implementation processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a software implementation, project management, or client success role, ideally within health tech or SaaS environments, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing complex project timelines and deliverables.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master new software systems and troubleshoot effectively.
