Overview

As our Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter, you will play a dual pivotal role at The Flex. You'll manage travel bookings for clients across various online platforms, ensuring every detail aligns with their preferences and budget. Simultaneously, you will be instrumental in expanding our team by identifying, recruiting, and guiding new travel assistants, helping them become proficient in our booking processes and client service standards. Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Management: Efficiently book accommodations, flights, and other travel services using major Online Travel Agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia. You will ensure all arrangements meet client specifications, manage reservations, and handle any necessary modifications or cancellations with precision.
Team Expansion & Recruitment: Actively identify and reach out to prospective individuals interested in working as travel assistants. You will promote our commission-based model, guiding new recruits through our onboarding process, and training them on effective booking strategies and client satisfaction best practices. Monitoring performance and offering ongoing support will be key to their success.
