We built an end to end virtual care platform designed specifically for children aged zero to six who face developmental delays. Families frequently hit walls with long waitlists in state programs or costly private practices. You can change that narrative. As a part time virtual occupational therapist with us, you will guide families through developmental screenings, clinical evaluations, and engaging virtual care sessions. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that lets you practice globally and make a tangible difference in early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality virtual occupational therapy sessions tailored to children aged zero to six and their families.
- Partner closely with caregivers to provide coaching and caregiver guided intervention strategies.
- Utilize play as therapy and strengths based framing during all clinical interactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with pediatric care teams through our HIPAA compliant messaging system and coordinated care plans.
- Participate in clinical evaluations and review results gathered via our proprietary developmental screener.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Prior experience working directly with young children aged zero to six and their families in early intervention, school settings, or private practice.
- Comfort with telehealth and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance clinical care.
- Up to date knowledge of evidence based pediatric occupational therapy practices.
- Self motivated work ethic combined with strong interpersonal communication skills.
