Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management to a diverse client population.
Treat common mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related concerns primarily for adolescents and adults.
Exercise full clinical discretion when developing treatment plans and making prescribing decisions without outside pressure regarding specific medications.
Collaborate with clients to ensure safe and effective telemedicine practices while identifying when in-person referrals are necessary for severe symptoms.

Requirements

Must be fully licensed and currently living in the state of Washington to practice legally and effectively.
Hold a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification and appropriate state credentials.
Comfortable managing a part time caseload and providing telehealth services independently.
