As a Part-Time Data Processor with CSI, you will play a vital role in our Regional Network Dispute team, focusing on the careful processing of financial data. This fully remote position involves entering bank credits, supporting essential fraud reporting activities for Mastercard and Visa, and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity. You will work closely with internal team members, like Samantha and the wider Disputes Team, without any direct interaction with customers or banks, allowing you to concentrate fully on the task at hand. Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter credits and transaction information into CSI's proprietary internal systems.
Process bank credit data efficiently, utilizing various reports and our BOSS system.
Actively support Mastercard fraud reporting and Visa fraud reporting processes, contributing to critical financial security measures.
Diligently review and verify data for utmost accuracy and completeness, upholding quality standards.
Perform high-volume data entry tasks with consistent attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with the Disputes Team to ensure all processing is completed in a timely manner.
Assist with additional department tasks as business needs arise, demonstrating flexibility and a team-player attitude.
