Each week, over 6 million students globally benefit from TAL's platforms. We are expanding our competition math programs and need passionate Part Time AMC Tutors. This is a fully remote role, open to qualified candidates globally, designed for flexibility, typically less than 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

Deliver engaging online lessons for AMC 8 and AMC 10 preparation.
Develop students' mathematical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and competition strategies.
Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
Collaborate with the Think Academy team to enhance curriculum and teaching resources.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

Strong background in competitive mathematics, particularly AMC 8 and AMC 10 content.
Exceptional ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and concisely.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially with K-12 students, is highly valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
