Each week, over 6 million students globally benefit from TAL's platforms. We are expanding our competition math programs and need passionate Part Time AMC Tutors. This is a fully remote role, open to qualified candidates globally, designed for flexibility, typically less than 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Deliver engaging online lessons for AMC 8 and AMC 10 preparation.
- Develop students' mathematical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and competition strategies.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Collaborate with the Think Academy team to enhance curriculum and teaching resources.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Strong background in competitive mathematics, particularly AMC 8 and AMC 10 content.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially with K-12 students, is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
