We specialize in the high-end maintenance of high-rise facilities, and we are looking for a professional dedicated to delivering excellence in every stroke.

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation: Assess surfaces to determine the best methods for restoration, including the removal of mold and stains, and the repair of damaged areas.
Technical Execution: Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers. Execute interior and exterior painting, including complex façade applications using ladders and scaffolding.
Versatile Application: Apply paints, putty, and specialized coatings using precision spray techniques on walls, wood, metal, doors, windows, and ceilings.
Advanced Finishing: Utilize professional skills in POP works, screeding, and high-quality gloss applications.
Site Management: Protect surrounding environments by ensuring fixtures, furniture, and floors are properly covered and shielded during projects.
Team Collaboration: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and safety in all site operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: NABTEB / Trade Test qualification in a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven professional experience as a painter with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to expertly mix and apply a wide variety of coatings, including Oil, Emulsion, Enamel, Bituminous, Aluminum, Anti-Corrosive, Synthetic Rubber, and Cement paints.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
