Role Overview

As a Packaging Artisan, your primary mission will be to maintain, repair, and optimize plant machinery and associated devices. Your technical expertise will ensure that production lines remain available, product quality is maintained, and operational costs are kept to a minimum, all while adhering to the highest safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment at all times.
Execute proactive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment.
Operate and maintain all machines within the brewing and packaging process.
Systematically optimize plant and process equipment to enhance efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are documented and completed to high professional standards.
Participate in standby duties as required by the operational roster.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum N3 Technical qualification or higher.
Hold a valid Trade Test qualification in Electrical engineering.
Two years of post-trade test experience is highly advantageous.
Previous experience within the packaging industry will be considered an asset.
Proven ability to be summatively assessed in your current role.
