Key Responsibilities
- Identify key client interests and drivers on assigned projects and communicate these effectively to the broader project team.
- Design complete projects of moderately complex scope within your designated practice area.
- Support business development and pursuit activities when needed.
- Assist with performance management, mentoring, and professional development for junior team members.
- Handle essential administrative duties including approving timesheets, managing expenses, and ensuring corporate policies are properly implemented.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with PLS-CADD is a must for this role.
- Proven technical expertise as a recognized specialist within the engineering division.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while collaborating seamlessly across global teams.
