The Role

As the Outlet Concept Manager (OCM), you will be the face of our furniture division. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the showroom, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a keen eye for visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead the daily performance of the showroom to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, offer expert product consultations, and prepare tailored quotations to convert leads into sales.
Operations Excellence: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including order processing, payment reconciliation, delivery coordination, and inventory management.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain immaculate product displays that align with SPAR’s premium brand standards.
Team Management: Coach, motivate, and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of high performance and exceptional customer care.
Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide actionable market feedback to senior management to support business growth strategies.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in retail or showroom sales, with a specific focus on furniture or home decor.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
A proactive mindset with exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Sound knowledge of modern visual merchandising techniques and retail operational compliance.
