You can reside in Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching, verifying, maintaining, and updating member Other Health Insurance details to guarantee accurate claims processing and enrollment records.
- Validating insurance coverage across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid member portfolios.
- Determining the correct payer order between multiple coverages.
- Investigating various insurance inquiries with high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating multiple databases simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical and research abilities to solve complex coverage questions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective daily interactions.
