Key Responsibilities

Execute OTC trades for institutional clients across a variety of digital assets with precision and efficiency.
Actively manage our trading book, optimizing inventory and risk exposure in a dynamic market environment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Monitor market conditions, news, and events to identify trading opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Adhere strictly to all internal risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading processes, systems, and strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in an OTC trading role, preferably within the digital asset or traditional finance markets.
Deep understanding of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and execution strategies for various asset classes.
Strong analytical skills, capable of processing complex market data and making swift, informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with institutional clients.
A solid grasp of risk management principles and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to digital asset trading is a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating effectively with a globally distributed team.
Proficiency with trading platforms and order management systems.
