Overview

Working within the Distributed Operations department, you will bridge the gap between financial advisors and loan originadores across the country. You will step in right after advisors send out offers, engaging directly with originators to discuss terms and drive deal acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with loan originators who recently received offers from company advisors.
Engage in direct discussions regarding agreements to boost originator responsiveness and engagement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Capital Markets and Lender Success.
Support overall distributed operations to ensure seamless transactional workflows.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in English is an absolute must for this role.
Educational background or current studies in finance, business, or related fields is strongly preferred.
A proactive attitude with a strong drive to learn and succeed in a remote environment.
