As our new Operations Coordinator, you will act as the glue connecting sales, accounting, and development. You will take charge of tracking priorities, clearing roadblocks, and making sure our day-to-day initiatives cross the finish line without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate workflows and strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
Support customer operations including onboarding, retention efforts, and daily needs.
Partner with Sales, Accounting, and tech teams to resolve issues rapidly.
Track priorities, follow-ups, and next steps meticulously.
Spot operational gaps and help secure the right resources to fix them.
Design and refine processes as our company scales.
Drive issues through to complete resolution.
Deliver clear progress updates on outstanding items.

Requirements

More than 5 years of professional working experience in operational roles.
Strong background in working across both business and technical teams.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of follow-through.
Ability to identify process gaps and build better workflows from scratch.
Clear communication skills for sharing updates with stakeholders.
