Key Responsibilities

Proactively monitor and meticulously track all company equipment, including our fleet of trucks and trailers.
Keep a close watch on active loads, diligently monitoring their status from start to finish throughout the entire transportation journey.
Maintain a precise and current inventory of all equipment and trailers situated at various client yards.
Generate and meticulously maintain regular dispatch reports, ensuring all information is accurate and readily available.
Prepare and consistently update drop trailer detention reports specifically for Marlon.
Compile and upkeep essential safety reports, along with other critical operational documentation.
Routinely review operational data, confirming all information remains accurate and current.
Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal teams regarding equipment status, load updates, and any emerging operational issues.
Actively assist in identifying and promptly resolving day-to-day operational discrepancies.
Undertake additional day-to-day operational tasks and responsibilities as they arise, supporting overall team efficiency.
