SummitNext Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern ready to jump straight into active data collection and research workflows. This role functions as part of our fully remote, worldwide opportunity network, giving you direct exposure to global digital projects while coordinating participant engagement across the Philippines.

Overview

In this role, you will help coordinate live research initiatives and keep our data pipelines clean and accurate. The position offers a monthly stipend of around ₱9,750 PHP and lets you work in a completely remote setup. You will get to test your communication skills, build dependable project management habits, and see firsthand how artificial intelligence and data annotation teams operate behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily routine will touch on several moving parts of our project pipeline, including

Managing participant onboarding and walking contributors through project instructions so they feel confident
Checking submitted data for accuracy and running regular follow-ups to keep projects on track
Maintaining clean databases, helping with data annotation, and verifying quality in real time
Promoting project initiatives across university circles, WhatsApp and Messenger communities, and social media channels
Driving participant recruitment and monitoring engagement numbers to hit milestone targets
Coordinating audio recordings, reviewing sound submissions, and keeping quality standards high

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college degree program or a recent graduate looking for hands-on operational experience
Based in the Philippines with native or professional fluency in Filipino and English
Strong personal and digital networks, especially across student or online community groups
A goal-driven mindset with comfort navigating basic digital systems, spreadsheets, and online tools
A dependable home internet connection along with your own computer setup
