Far too many individuals delay or skip necessary psychiatric treatment due to out of pocket costs and administrative obstacles. Our platform breaks down those barriers by handling insurance billing, scheduling, and patient matching. You get to focus entirely on patient care, clinical evaluation, and medication management from wherever you happen to live and work.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your daily clinical work will center around comprehensive patient support and close collaboration with our network.

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments through secure video appointments
Formulate evidence based treatment plans tailored to each individual patient
Manage and prescribe medications responsibly while monitoring patient progress and potential side effects
Collaborate closely with therapists in the UpLift community to deliver holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records within the platform

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following clinical credentials and background.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
Board certification or board eligibility in adult or child and adolescent psychiatry
Comfortable with telehealth tools, electronic health records, and virtual communication
Dedicated to delivering culturally competent, empathetic care to diverse populations
