Overview

We are searching for a dedicated clinical professional to manage our end to end patient matching workflows. Working right alongside our Senior Manager of Oncology Trial Navigation, you will help pilot and refine a service designed to scale across the entire oncology landscape. You will bring your deep clinical knowledge and high touch communication skills together to support treating oncologists, principal investigators, and research coordinators every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Drive high volume, structured outreach to oncologists and research sites regarding trial eligible patients identified by Natera platforms.
Serve as a trusted clinical consultant to research sites by delivering detailed patient eligibility notifications.
Manage the complete patient journey from initial AI enabled screening all the way through successful trial enrollment.
Gather vital on the ground insights to help leadership optimize and scale navigation workflows globally.

Requirements

Active healthcare or clinical licensure such as RN, PA, or NP with a strong background in oncology.
Proven experience in clinical trial navigation, patient advocacy, or oncology research coordination.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport with physicians and clinical staff.
Comfort working in a fast paced, rapidly scaling environment that relies heavily on digital health solutions.
