Key Responsibilities

Walk new customers through their initial account setup via phone calls and live screen sharing sessions.
Help users navigate their first login, handle basic configurations, and understand core product features.
Configure user settings, routing preferences, and system integrations according to client needs.
Deliver engaging product training to ensure smooth adoption and long term success.
Troubleshoot early technical hurdles quickly and efficiently to keep the onboarding timeline on track.
Collaborate closely with internal support and success teams to share client feedback and insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer facing technical support, onboarding, or training role.
Strong familiarity with cloud software, communication tools, or SaaS platforms.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering amazing service to every single user.
Reliable high speed internet setup to support seamless video calls and screen sharing.
Ability to manage your time effectively in a fully remote and globally distributed work environment.
