Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Planning: Produce a minimum of 4 video pieces weekly across multiple platforms, develop original formats, and maintain consistent monthly content calendars.
- Trends & Research: Stay ahead of cultural, social media, and agricultural industry trends to bring fresh ideas and editing styles to the team.
- Social Media & Community Management: Manage accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, engage with potential customers, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Reporting & Workflow: Track performance metrics, generate weekly and monthly reports, and manage tasks independently to meet strict deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must possess a BA, BSc, or HND degree.
- Must have been deployed or scheduled for deployment under the NYSC programme with at least 10 months remaining in service.
- Strong short-form and workable long-form video editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut (Desktop/PC version).
- Working knowledge of Canva, graphic design principles, and Meta Business Suite.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
- A compulsory portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design work.
