NVIDIA is looking for an exceptional North America Logistics Execution Program Manager to join our Global Logistics Execution team. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity empowers you to build and lead critical end-to-end logistics workflows across our rapidly scaling network. You will be instrumental in developing our expanding North America logistics infrastructure, collaborating cross functionally to design and implement scalable processes. Your work will directly support both Mass Production and New Product Introduction (NPI) material movements, covering both domestic and cross border operations. This role is truly at the heart of ensuring NVIDIA's products reach our customers efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution and ensure service reliability for secured in-transit shipments.
Drive partner accountability to consistently meet committed on time delivery targets through strategically defined Transportation Management System (TMS) processes.
Optimize network performance across various aspects, including transportation methods (dedicated fleet and multi-stop routing), packaging configurations, and equipment utilization.
Support site readiness and align capacity to meet demand.
Utilize data and cutting-edge technology to proactively identify and mitigate potential service delays and risks before they impact operations.
Partner closely with our Command Center of Excellence to significantly reduce delays and dwell times.
Establish and champion continuous improvement processes, ensuring fast, reliable execution that directly supports NVIDIA's rapid growth and product ramps.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in logistics program management, focusing on execution and network optimization.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable logistics processes within a complex, rapidly evolving environment.
Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and their application in driving operational efficiency.
Expertise in managing secured in-transit execution and ensuring high service reliability.
A track record of driving partner accountability and meeting stringent on time delivery metrics.
Proficiency in leveraging data and technology for proactive risk identification and mitigation in logistics.
Exceptional cross functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with both domestic and cross border material movements, ideally within North America.
