Overview

SupportNinja is excited to welcome a Network Implementation Engineer (SD-WAN) to our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to talented professionals worldwide, offering full-time employment. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of managed network services for our valued customers. Your day-to-day work will span design validation, meticulous configuration, smooth deployment, seamless migration, and final activation of critical network infrastructure. You will work on a schedule of 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, utilizing your own device for work.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive end-to-end implementation of customer network services, encompassing firewalls, SD-WAN, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity.
Manage and skillfully execute multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, adeptly balancing priorities, adhering to timelines, and maintaining clear customer communication.
Configure, deploy, and activate Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet-based solutions in strict accordance with approved designs.
Implement Arista VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions efficiently whenever required.
Coordinate effectively and remotely with customer IT staff and Cox field technicians to successfully complete necessary on-site activities.
Execute crucial network migrations and cutovers with precision and minimal disruption.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid background in network implementation and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates will possess:

Demonstrable experience in the end-to-end implementation of complex network services, including firewalls, switching, wireless, and WAN.
Hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet network solutions.
Direct experience implementing Arista VeloCloud SD-WAN technologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to network design and troubleshooting.
Excellent remote communication and coordination skills, capable of working seamlessly with diverse teams and customer IT personnel.
A self-starter mentality with the discipline to thrive in a fully remote, independent work environment.
