Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage NetSuite solutions that support our rapid business growth and operational needs.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical implementations.
Optimize existing business processes and workflows within NetSuite to maximize efficiency and data integrity.
Maintain system security, user permissions, and seamless integrations with other enterprise applications.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a NetSuite Administrator or Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of NetSuite customization, SuiteScript, workflows, and financial or order management modules.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for automation and continuous process improvement.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling smooth collaboration across a fully distributed remote team.
A self-driven attitude with the ability to manage priorities independently without micromanagement.
