We are actively seeking a NetSuite Administrator who embodies a commitment to the highest engineering quality and process efficiency. This individual will continuously seek improvements, develop their skills, and apply them diligently in their work. This exciting opportunity involves working with several popular business systems, delivering a first-class experience to Canonical's business operations. The Commercial Systems unit, comprising five engineering teams, manages diverse responsibilities and collaborates closely with other internal units.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Canonical's NetSuite environment, including configuration, customization, and user access management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to NetSuite users, ensuring smooth operation and adoption.
Manage data integrity, perform system updates, and support integrations with other business systems.
Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and system improvements using NetSuite functionalities like SuiteFlow and SuiteScript.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices within the NetSuite platform.
Actively participate in project lifecycles, from design through deployment and post-implementation support.

Requirements

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, demonstrating strong proficiency in configuration, customization, and ongoing system management.
Solid understanding of key business processes such as finance, sales, purchasing, and project accounting within NetSuite.
Experience with SuiteFlow for workflow automation; familiarity with SuiteScript is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment.
