Overview

As the National Personal Lines Practice Leader, you will act as our enterprise executive responsible for defining and advancing the vision, strategy, capabilities, and market leadership of our Personal Lines business. You will navigate a collaborative matrixed environment to unite our agency partners under a shared goal of excellence and sustainable expansion.

Design and execute a comprehensive national strategy for the Personal Lines business unit.
Collaborate with agency partners across thirty three states to drive organic growth and profitability.
Forge strong carrier relationships to secure competitive products and pricing for our clients.
