Overview

Mercor is hiring a Music Audio Expert for a flexible contract role. You will work from anywhere in the world on a remote basis, dedicating at least ten hours a week for up to six months. You will earn forty four dollars per hour while collaborating asynchronously with leading AI researchers.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI generated music outputs, checking the quality of lyrics and voice generation across multiple genres.
Score musical training datasets to directly enhance overall model performance and reliability.
Partner with cutting edge AI research teams to refine audio generation and elevate data standards.
Work independently to meet project deadlines and push the boundaries of what machine learning can do with sound.
Leverage your deep writing expertise in Dutch to evaluate culturally nuanced musical content.

Requirements

At least three years of professional experience working as a music producer, sound mixer, or audio engineer.
A college degree in music covering theory, performance, or lyrics.
Native or professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Proven track record of writing lyrical music in Dutch.
