We are seeking a dedicated Music and Lyrics Specialist fluent in Arabic and English to join our remote team on a contract basis for up to six months. This role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and offers competitive compensation ranging from $17 to $34 per hour. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute your expertise from your preferred location.

Key Responsibilities

As a Music and Lyrics Specialist, your daily tasks will involve a blend of critical evaluation and creative judgment. Here is what you will be doing:

Carefully evaluate AI-generated music across diverse genres, assessing its quality standards in both Arabic and English.
Compare AI-generated lyrics with existing published songs, meticulously identifying any similarities or overlaps.
Provide detailed ratings for lyrics based on their overall quality, creative merit, adherence to prompts, and originality.
Assess the natural flow and authenticity of lyrics, paying close attention to word choice, slang usage, and regional expressions specific to the Arabic language.
Work autonomously and asynchronously to meet project deadlines, playing a direct role in improving the performance of advanced AI models.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of linguistic skills and musical acumen.

You must have native or near-native proficiency in Arabic, alongside the ability to follow intricate instructions in English.
Demonstrable experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist is essential, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the contemporary Arabic music scene.
