Overview

DotYeti is a fast-paced, innovative design platform, and we’re expanding our talented team. This position is for a Motion Graphic Designer and Animator. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality animations and motion graphic designs, always based on compelling client briefs. Expect to be a hands-on contributor, organized, and self-motivated, bringing your unique creative flair to a wide array of projects. Please note, this role offers flexibility with working hours, allowing you to tailor your schedule to meet project demands and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily contributions will involve a variety of creative tasks. Some of your core responsibilities include:

Collaborative Design: Partner with our design team to brainstorm project concepts and develop cohesive visual strategies.
Versatile Content Creation: Craft compelling product illustrations, engaging social media designs, distinctive logos, and various other graphics for both print and digital platforms.
Animation & Video Production: Develop captivating animations and dynamic videos that effectively communicate clear, impactful messages to target audiences.
Design Optimization: Provide insightful input on design best practices, constantly seeking opportunities for optimization throughout project lifecycles.
Stakeholder Presentations: Confidently present design concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and external stakeholders, articulating your creative vision.
Software Proficiency: Skillfully utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create high-quality, professional content.

Requirements

We're searching for someone who brings specific skills and a great attitude to the table. Our ideal candidate should possess:

Proven experience in motion graphic design and animation, demonstrating a strong portfolio.
Significant proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Excellent organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to managing tasks and deadlines independently.
A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs.
