As a Mobility Specialist focused on the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in this process, ensuring seamless experiences for our team members moving within or into this dynamic part of the world. Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end immigration and relocation processes for Remote employees within the APAC region, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of global mobility matters, including visa applications, work permits, and permanent residency.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure all mobility related activities are aligned and executed efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, offering clear, compassionate, and accurate advice on their mobility journey.
Partner with external immigration counsel and relocation service providers to manage cases effectively and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Research and stay up to date on evolving immigration laws, regulations, and best practices across various APAC countries.
Develop and refine mobility policies and procedures specific to the APAC region, incorporating automation and AI where appropriate to enhance efficiency.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all mobility cases, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Requirements

Proven experience in global mobility, immigration, or relocation, with a strong focus on the APAC region.
In depth knowledge of immigration laws and processes across key APAC countries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex regulations clearly and empathetically.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex cases simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving mobility challenges.
Experience working with HRIS or mobility management systems.
Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote, asynchronous, and fast paced global environment.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about global mobility trends.
