Bright Vision Technologies is looking for someone to step in and shape the backbone of our AI initiatives. You will design, build, and operate the platform layer that powers large scale machine learning training and inference workloads. This is a fully remote position welcoming applicants from anywhere in the United States, plus it is a direct W2 full time role offering plenty of stability. We want someone who gets excited about high performance computing, loves solving complex scheduling puzzles, and wants to make machine learning engineers feel like they are working with superpowers.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, provision, and maintain massive GPU clusters designed for heavy training and inference loads.
Optimize distributed training frameworks to ensure models train faster and more efficiently.
Streamline storage performance so data pipelines never bottleneck your machine learning teams.
Keep a close eye on reliability, efficiency, and cost control across all cloud and on premises resources.
Improve overall developer experience by building intuitive internal tools and automated deployment pipelines.

Requirements

At least six years of professional experience in software engineering, systems administration, or site reliability engineering.
Proven hands on background building or operating production AI infrastructure at scale.
Deep familiarity with GPU architectures, distributed training setups, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of high throughput storage systems and modern networking principles.
Open to U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates.
