Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration projects for Veeva's life sciences clients, ensuring successful deployment and data integrity.
Design and implement robust migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and validation plans.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand specific business requirements and technical challenges.
Execute complex data migrations, utilizing various tools and methodologies.
Provide expert guidance and support throughout the migration lifecycle, addressing any issues proactively.
Develop comprehensive documentation for migration processes and project deliverables.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Veeva's migration tools and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in data migration, particularly within a SaaS or cloud environment.
Familiarity with the life sciences industry, including regulatory requirements and data standards, is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from planning through successful completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders globally.
Proficiency with various data manipulation tools and scripting languages.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
