Key Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closed won across mid-market accounts in the UK and Ireland.
Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to shape regional go-to-market strategies and establish strong reference customers.
Demonstrate the value of our mobile-first work execution platform to operational leaders, plant managers, and executives.
Manage a robust pipeline and forecast accurately using modern sales tools.
Collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.

Requirements

Proven quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with the UK and Ireland market dynamics and business landscape.
Strong track record of hunting, closing, and managing complex software sales cycles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote work environment.
