Are you passionate about building vibrant global networks and empowering educators? We are looking for a Microsoft Worldwide Community Manager to lead and elevate our global Master Trainer community. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity lets you shape the future of our Master Trainer Cohort program by driving accountability, enhancing readiness visibility, and gathering crucial field feedback across diverse regions. You will act as the primary bridge connecting regional leadership, Master Trainers, content creators, and global stakeholders to keep our entire trainer ecosystem inspired and fully equipped.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, evolve, and manage the global Master Trainer community and Cohort program.
Establish strong governance, effective communication rhythms, and engaging community strategies that align global training goals with regional needs.
Design and develop comprehensive enablement content including Instructor-Led Trainings, Bill of Materials, Train-the-Trainer assets, and helpful one-pagers.
Spearheaded exciting gamification initiatives that drive engagement and ensure trainers deliver consistent, scalable learning experiences.
Consolidate field signals from various markets to continuously improve our global enablement resources.

Requirements

Proven experience in community management, global program leadership, or trainer enablement ecosystems.
Strong understanding of training methodologies, instructional design, and content creation for diverse audiences.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with regional leadership and global stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while managing worldwide projects.
