As our Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be the absolute owner of our company’s identity provider. This critical role centers around Microsoft Entra ID as the primary identity plane. You will also manage Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM within a secondary domain. Your responsibilities extend to tenant, licensing, and access administration for Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the company’s identity provider, primarily Microsoft Entra ID.
Define and enforce policies for user sign-ins, authentication factors, and application access.
Administer access granting, review processes, and revocation for all users.
Oversee and manage Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM.
Handle tenant, licensing, and access administration for Microsoft 365 services.
Ensure the security, availability, and efficiency of all identity and access management systems.

Requirements

Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) is crucial.
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including tenant, licensing, and access management.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM.
Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure authentication and authorization systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively in a global, remote environment.
