Key Responsibilities
- Monitor steelmaking processes to ensure consistent production and quality targets are met.

- Investigate metallurgical defects and proactively recommend effective corrective actions.
- Oversee furnace operations and monitor critical process parameters.
- Support strategic process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant metallurgical standards and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and maintain detailed process documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Production teams to enhance overall product performance.
- Engage in research and development activities for the creation of new steel grades.
- Promote a culture of continuous process improvement across the facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial environments is highly preferred.
